Dog’s life……
We have found the perfect symbiosis with our dogs. Our house in the countryside with a secluded, secure garden at the back and woods/meadows at the front is ideal for breeding. During the day, the dogs are either in my home office or out and about, as all doors are always open. In winter, they usually lie comfortably in front of the fireplace or on the underfloor heating.
The ground floor belongs to the dogs and is furnished accordingly to ensure the high standard of hygiene that is essential in a kennel. Blankets and seats are changed/disinfected/washed weekly with a detergent specially formulated for dogs in order to avoid possible contact allergies.
In addition to the daily walks, we also do a lot of hiking in the mountains or go on short tours with the cargo bike. In addition to free running, our training program also includes leash training with running on the road. We always try to get some variety into the rounds. In winter (I’ll be honest here) the walks are much shorter, depending on the weather, so we prefer more indoor agility in the form of search games/sniffer mats or retrieving toys.
As we have a second home in Italy at the wonderful Lago di Garda, we are often there when we don’t have puppies.
